Tech that I use & recommend:

• My data tools of choice are Big Query paired with Colab
• After using Linux for 19 years (starting in 2005 with Ubuntu 5.10 “Breezy Badger”), I switched to ChromeOS. It is secure, easy to use, and has great Linux support
• NextDNS. Block ads, trackers, TLDs (e.g., block the awful .zip TLD), and more across all your devices. See this guide for more
• Tailscale + Synology NAS. Tailscale pairs well with a Chromebook, as well as NextDNS
• Plex. Manage your music and videos
• Bitwarden + SimpleLogin. Manage your passwords and e-mail aliases. Basically, you can end up with a unique password and e-mail for each online account
• Ente Photos. Manage your photos
